Exceeding guests

Our prices are set and proposed on the basis of a base price which increases with each extra occupant.
This works on any channel (Direct booking, Airbnb, Booking.com and all other channels).
If you have booked for a certain number of guests, but more people were to join the group, there are two rules:

If you let us know before hand (in the time between the booking and your arrival) an extra person fee of 5€ per guest per night will apply.
If you let us know only upon checkin, an extra person fee of 10€ per guest per night will apply.
This is never the best option because the house won't be ready for the extra guests and we'll have to run to the warehouse, gather extra linen and towels, and rush back to you.
Extra person fee will be collected upon checkin, with cash or credit card. Invoice will follow.
